Important Pricing Notes
Minimum 3-hour booking applies to hourly-rate jobs. Fixed-price quotes are available for house moves, office removals, business relocation, commercial clearances, cleaning services, storage moves and long-distance UK removals.
A booking payment or deposit may be required to secure your booking. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the remaining balance is due at the delivery address before the full unloading is completed.
Final prices depend on postcodes, distance, access, stairs, lifts, parking, item volume, duration, packing, dismantling, cleaning, storage support and manpower required.

Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Incredibles Removals Ltd. These terms and conditions are designed to clarify the rights, obligations and responsibilities of all parties. In these terms, “You” and “Your” refer to the customer, and “We”, “Us” and “Our” refer to Incredibles Removals Ltd. Any changes to these terms must be agreed in writing before the job begins.
Parking
Parking arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. Any parking fines, penalty charges, permits, or parking costs incurred during the job will be chargeable to the customer.
Congestion Charge & ULEZ
Congestion Charge and ULEZ charges apply per vehicle where applicable and may be added to the final cost.
Packed Boxes
Packed boxes should not exceed 20kg in weight for health and safety reasons.
Damage Reporting
Any damage to goods or property must be reported to our team on the day of the move if a claim is to be considered.
Payment
Full payment must be completed before unloading begins at the delivery address unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Waiting Time
Customers must inform us in advance of any expected delays, including key collection, property handover, waiting for access, lift bookings or other waiting time. Waiting time is charged from £80 per hour.
Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation is made within 14 working days of the booking date. Where the deposit exceeds £300, up to 20% may be refunded at management discretion.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of the move unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Staff Breaks
Due to the physical nature of removals work, our team is entitled to a 15-minute break every 4 hours.
Behaviour Towards Staff
Inappropriate behaviour, threatening conduct, or abusive language towards our staff will not be tolerated. Incredibles Removals Ltd reserves the right to cancel the job immediately if this occurs.
Packing & Claims
Claims for damaged goods can only be considered where packing services were carried out by our team. Unless packing is booked, customers are responsible for packing items safely.
Additional Items
Additional charges may apply for extra items not included in the original inventory or quotation.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are legally owned, safe for transport and properly declared before the job begins.
Restricted Items
We reserve the right to refuse the transport of hazardous, illegal, unsafe, or unsuitable items.
